Just a reminder that we are having our one year anniversary today!  
Our show featuring vegan bodybuilder Kenneth Williams will be live  
today at noon (EST). You can listen to it in western MA on 103.3FM or  
streaming live on the internet at www.valleyfreeradio.org - feel free

Tonight we are having our birthday bash at Evolution Cafe in  
Florence, MA. Kenneth will be giving a talk at 7pm and there will be  
a dance party with tee shirt giveaways after that. Music will be DJ'd  
by Megha representing Empress Sound. Come early to get yourself some  
dinner at the cafe, free vegan cake will be provided by Oh Sweet Mama's!

On Halloween night (Tuesday October 31st) come back to Cafe Evolution  
for another party! Vegan Radio co-host Derek Goodwin will be  
presenting a slide show of his Burning Man photographs followed by  
another dance party featuring DJ Megha.
