Hello Everyone,

In case you didn't notice, Vegan Radio show 7 went up last Friday. It  
is the second and final installment of the 'Derek and Megan 10th  
Vegan Anniversary Special'. This show features megan's sisters, and  
people we knew from our years in the Rochester Area Vegetarian  
Society, as wellas the second part of our interview with Joe  
Connelly, editor of VegNews magazine. There is a special edition of  
this show available on our website under the show description, which  
is an 'enhanced' podcast that will show images of the people we are  
talking to when played in iTunes or other mp3 software that supports  
this feature (photo and video iPods too!). www.veganradio.com

For our local listeners, it looks like we will be changing our show  
time to alternate Thursdays at noon, starting some time in February.  
Valley Free Radio (103.3 FM) is going through some schedule changes  
and we decided this time would work better for us. This should be our  
permanent time for a while. For you late sleepers that is good news,  
for people with day jobs maybe not so much... but all shows are of  
course available online.

Our next show will be about Veganism and Spirituality, and will be on  
our regular time - 8AM on Wednesday February 3rd.

Lastly, if you have iTunes on your computer and could take a couple  
minutes of your day to visit our show on iTunes and give us a  
positive rating it will help get us out there in the limelight and be
